During discovery, we will work closely with you to gain a clear understanding of your vision, desires, and needs. We want to get to know you and learn what your priorities are so that we can protect them throughout the life of your project.
We take the discovery information and incorporate it into a conceptual design. Working closely with you, we continue to refine the plans until we have a clear client approved direction. We understand the magnitude of every decision you will make, and we are here to guide you along this path.
At this point we will create detailed drawings, illustrating more aspects of your design by using 3D modelling software to help you visualize your new home. Designing and building your home is a significant investment, so we invest the time and effort in getting it just right for you.
Whether the next stage is subdivision design control, a development or building permit, be assured we will navigate your new home through each and every approval stage that your project requires.
